1941 The Fatal Attraction of Adolph Hitler part 1

What are the Knowledge Questions surrounding Adolf HItler?
Although, IB TOK Subject Reports advise teachers and students not to use Hitler as a 'go to example' for evil and horror, we cannot ignore him completely.

The dangers of a complete 'ban' on the Hitler topic is that false information can fill the vacuum.

David Irving and other holocaust deniers have large followings on the internet. IB teachers and students will find this documentary acknowledges Hitler's gifts as an organiser and leader but also his shameful record as a war criminal.

  1. First I'd like to thank sir to make us watch the short documentary , The Tragic Liking of Adolf Hitler . At first i thought this was a boring documentary but as we progressed i got to know what Adolf Hitler was really like . Until the time i saw the documentary i believed that Adolf Hitler wasn't bad but an ambitious man . Although after i saw the documentary it changed my perspective of Adolf Hitler.

  2. This documentery is unique as it shows Hitler in another perspective. Hitler was a master of manipulation, as many people in the documentary said that he looked them in the eye. I found this documentary interesting as it indirectly praises Hitler.

  3. This documentary was really mind blowing because it gave me a new perspective of Hitler. “Truth has many sides to it” is a quote which I live by and this documentary has really helped me understand Hitler. I have been learning about Hitler in my History class which and to understand the reason why he acted was really fascinating. The fact that I go to know Hitlers nature really helped me understand him. I would like to thank you for imparting knowledge to us about hitler and would hope to learn more throughout the club.
